Amie Greco is the founder of North Talent Group, a recruitment and talent advisory firm delivering high-impact, precision-driven hiring. Her career spans executive search, in-house talent acquisition leadership, and agency recruiting — giving her a unique perspective on talent that most search firms simply don’t have.

Before founding North Talent Group, Amie led enterprise-wide talent strategy for a billion-dollar retailer with over 800 locations. She also ran talent acquisition across an entire national market for the world’s largest advertising and media company, and earlier in her career worked at a top global executive search firm where she built the sourcing and assessment foundation that still shapes how she works today.

Over the course of her career, Amie has delivered over 400 strategic hires across corporate and executive roles — from mid-senior level to confidential C-suite placements — spanning HR, finance, legal, marketing, supply chain, communications, and more.
